As a member of the ACE team, we will compensate you in accordance with your grade classification. Additionally, we will take salary surveys from time to time to make sure that our salaries remain competitive in the market area.
Based on work performance, business conditions, and changes in your job title, employees may receive bonus pay after the completion of one year of service.
ACE Employees will be paid on a bi-monthly basis – normally the 1st and 15th of the month.
· Employment of 6 months to 5 years – 7 hours/month
· Employment of 5 years to 10 years – 10 hours/month
· Employment of 10 years and up - 12 hours/month
ACE recognizes eight paid holidays per year as follows:
New Year’s Day
Day after Thanksgiving
One Floating Holiday
Employees will accrue 4 hours of sick leave per month beginning with their first day of employment and may be used with supervisory approval for personal illness and/or emergency involving immediate family members under your care.
ACE recognizes the civic responsibility of both the employees and the Company. Full-time employees will receive regular pay and hourly employees will receive 40% of their pay for the first 10 days of Jury Duty.
ACE will allow up to one day paid leave to attend the funeral of a member of your immediate family.

INVESTMENT AND RETIREMENT PLANS
ACE employees are eligible to participate in our investment and retirement plans immediately upon employment. ACE currently offers a SIMPLE IRA Plan, contributions are matched up to a capped limit after the completion of one year of employment.
